Welcome to Studio2Seven. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products

Our pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in embroidery, colour and finish are natural and part of their character. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We may change prices at any time, but a confirmed order keeps the price shown at the time of purchase.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been completed and you have received an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

4. Custom and made-to-measure pieces

For Custom / Made to Measure orders, you will receive a link in your order confirmation email to send us your measurements on WhatsApp. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements; our team will guide you through the process. Pieces made to your measurements cannot be returned or refunded except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Making and delivery times

Making times are shown on each product page and are estimates. Delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of booking. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on returns and refunds.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Studio2Seven and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studio2Seven is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [your city], India.
