Made to order

Every Studio2Seven piece is handcrafted after you place your order. The making time is shown on each product page (usually 2–5 weeks). Your order is shipped once it is finished and has passed our quality check.

Where we ship

We ship across India and to most countries worldwide.

Delivery time after dispatch

• Within India: approximately [3–7] working days.
• International: approximately [7–15] working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping charges

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking details. You can also message us on WhatsApp for an update at any time.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
